Return Policy

Each piece is handmade to order, crafted with care and intention specifically for you. Because of this made-to-order process, we accept returns within 7 calendar days of receipt.

To request a return, please email us at marialozadaestudio@gmail.com with your order number and receipt. We’ll be happy to guide you through the process.

Returned items must be in unused, undamaged condition, with original packaging intact. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the item and determine eligibility for return.

Please note: since each piece is individually crafted upon request, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover production time and materials. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Custom or altered pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
